3D Printing Services & Applications

Our 3D Printing Services

Unlike milling or turning, which remove material to create a product, 3D printing is an additive process. A 3D printer lays down successive layers of material until the part is completed. Because the process starts with nothing and only adds material, there is less waste material.

Advances in 3D printing have taken our capability from rapidly producing a single prototype to manufacturing as many components as you need. 3D printing has gone from future concept to today’s reality. The most complex object can be created as long as you have a digital file using software your 3D model is sliced into layers. The printer then builds up these cross-sections into exact replicas of the original 3D model.

3D Printing Applications

3D printing can create components in either plastic or metal, so its use has been adopted in numerous industries. And 3D printing is no longer limited to generating prototypes; it’s now a versatile production method.
